Trauma Therapy
You don’t have to keep living in survival mode.
Trauma has a way of shaping how you see yourself, others, and the world around you, often long after the experience has passed. Through trauma therapy in Santa Monica and online throughout California, I help you process painful experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life no longer defined by your past.

What you’re going through.
Trauma doesn’t always look the way people expect it to.
You may find yourself constantly on guard, emotionally disconnected, struggling in relationships, or repeating patterns you don’t fully understand. Even when life appears successful from the outside, unresolved trauma can quietly influence the way you think, react, trust, and cope.
Living this way can feel exhausting, leaving you wondering why moving forward seems so much harder than it should.
How this work can help.
Healing from trauma isn’t about forgetting what happened—it’s about changing the hold it has on your life today. As your nervous system begins to feel safer and your experiences become more integrated, you can respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity instead of survival. Relationships become more authentic, emotions feel less overwhelming, and the constant need to protect yourself begins to soften.
The goal is not simply relief from symptoms, but the freedom to live with greater presence, confidence, and connection.
My approach to trauma therapy.
Every person’s experience of trauma is different, which is why I tailor therapy to your unique story rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Depending on your needs, our work may incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), and other evidence-based approaches that support deep healing. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, helping you explore difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed by them.
Together, we’ll move beyond understanding your trauma intellectually and toward truly experiencing lasting change.

Who is this for?
Trauma therapy can benefit anyone whose past continues to affect the way they experience the present. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving professionals who have learned to function exceptionally well while quietly carrying unresolved pain beneath the surface. Others come feeling stuck in unhealthy relationships, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or emotional numbness without realizing trauma may be playing a role.
Whether your experiences were obvious or subtle, you deserve a space where every part of your story can be understood with compassion and care.
