Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! For California residents only.

WHere is your office?

I have an office in West Los Angeles and Westlake Village.

Who do you work with?

I work most often with individuals and families of executives, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and members of the entertainment industry. I have experience with combat veterans and neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. 

Do you offer a sliding scale?

No sliding scale fee is available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions to this rule include emergencies or illness. In order to make progress it is important we meet regularly.

What should I expect in my first session?

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other as you share your story. I may administer assessments, and we will begin setting goals for therapy.

How often will we meet?

Typically, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly. After reasonable progress, we may move to monthly sessions.

What modalities do you use?

Internal Family Systems (IFS), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART),  with influences of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Object Relations Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM).

Do you prescribe medication?

I don't prescribe medications because I'm not a medical doctor. While some of my clients have found medication to be beneficial, many have also made significant progress through therapy alone. If you're considering an evaluation for psychotropic medication, it's important to reach out to your primary care physician or a psychiatrist. If you're currently on medication, I'm more than willing to collaborate and coordinate your care with your prescribing doctor. Your overall well-being is my priority.

Do you offer psychedelic-assisted therapy?

No, I do not offer psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Who don't you work with?

I do not see children for individual therapy, nor do I work with eating disorders as a primary problem.
